The Opportunity

Coordinate with project managers and developers to ensure testing requirements are met Ensure all issues and defects are reported and tracked in a timely manner Track and monitor testing metrics, including code coverage, defect density, and testing progress. You will mentor software developers, QA Engineers and stakeholders on good testing practices and apply your experience to envision and build solutions for test automation, test data management, CI/CD workflows in an agile development environment.

Your Impact.

AsTesting Business Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

• Implement reusable test strategy to rewire QA methodology and achieve increase in efficiency.
• Execute end to end regression testing, running automate test scripts and performing validation.
• Organize daily meetings with QA team and Dev team to recognize the blocking issues within the project.
• Report bugs to developers using testing tools and after rectification from developers perform regression testing.
• Document and champion defects in testing tools.
• Used SoapUI tool to test web services used for the application.
• Implement and design the framework for testing automation tools.
• Create and execute both load and functional tests for web services using SoapUI.
• Create and modify defects in QC and create the testing mail id for the test team.
• Create and execute test cases to facilitate verification of GUI forms and emails throughout work flows.
• Troubleshoot critical issues and provide root cause to the Dev team as part of value addition.
• Use testing tool to record, track and resolve issues, bugs, defects and new request changes.
• Lead the testing team and ensuring the project's success
• Organize, plan, coordinate, and control the testing process and activities
• Develop and define suitable test methods and tools
• Recruit, manage, and train the testing staff
• Document the test activities and prepare the results
• Coordinate with project managers and developers to ensure testing requirements are met Ensure all issues and defects are reported and tracked in a timely manner
• Track and monitor testing metrics, including code coverage, defect density, and testing progress
• Responsible for development and maintenance of test solutions for our SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Define, implement and improve Test
• Helps establish processes and procedures and actively seeks opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Write and maintain SOW/contracts and commitments with vendor partners.
• Coordinate with the right stakeholders for issues and conduct causal analysis and resolution meetings for improvements.
• Relentlessly improve test strategy to ensure scalability, reliability, and quality for our continuous integration pipeline utilizing the cloud, virtual simulators, and physical prototypes
• Responsible for driving event-based issue management calls, reporting and Escalations.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and oversight of the various automation and onboarding projects through the IT PMO.
• Identify Training requirements and forward it to the Manager (Technical and Soft skills).
• Conducts weekly / periodic meetings with each Project team assigned and updates stakeholders.
• Provides management reports and maintains all published schedules, meeting minutes and other documents used to communicate with the Projects and their stakeholders.
• Present oral & written reports defining plans, problems and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience

• 3-5+ years of overall IT Experience, out of which 3+ years should be on SAP experience.
• Demonstrable experience with Test Management Automation.
• Preferred candidate with experience in SAP in FMCG.
• Thorough understanding of testing life cycle and phases, estimation techniques and tools & Reporting
• Experience in managing multiple testing projects at once and ensuring priority of issues and risks.
• Experience in managing projects involving integration of multiple systems.
• Creating, managing and disbursing reports related to testing.
• Understands automation testing KPIs and Issues management KPIs and SLAs and able to perform both preparation & analysis of KPIs.
• Understands the priorities and able to escalate where necessary and prepare a risk mitigation plan.
• Should be able to schedule, host and run Project testing related meetings and maintain project assets.
• Should be well equipped with knowledge of using MS Excel (Advanced) and MS PowerPoint & MS Project.
• Knowledge of ADO tool for Test Management
• Intermediate spoken and written English language.
• Ensure Accountability.
• Optimizes work processes.
• Build Effective teams.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• SAFe Agile knowledge preferable.
• Experience on Azure DevOps and ADO Test Plan tool for Test Management.
• SAFe Agile Certification.
