Propósito del puesto:


Atención, gestión y coordinación de diferentes asuntos relacionados al Director Ejecutivo, los Directores Jurídicos, Directores de las diversas áreas del banco, abogados externos y autoridades diversas.


Principales Actividades:

  • Atención y control de las llamadas dirigidas al Director
  • Coordinación puntual de agenda.
  • Envío y recepción de documentación interna y externa.
  • Coordinación de Agenda
  • Organización de videoconferencias, conferencias telefónicas, reuniones de trabajo con jurídico, diversas áreas del banco, abogados externos y autoridades diversas.
  • Comprobaciones de gastos del Director.
  • Servir como enlace entre los integrantes de la Dirección.
  • Cumplir con las capacitaciones asignadas a través de Business School
Requirements

Conocimientos y Experiência:

  • Licenciatura en económicoadministrativo
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiência en rol similar
  • Organización y administración de la información
  • Trabajo bajo presión
  • Proactiva
  • Trabajo en Equipo
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office, nível medio
  • Inglés conversacional con capacidad de conversación y escritura.
