Objetivos principales del puesto:

Operar las estaciones de cambio con base a los objetivos de Seguridad, Calidad y Productividad de la planta para contribuir al cumplimiento de las metas, planes de negocio y objetivos que se establezcan; además de asegurar y promover las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM)

Funciones esenciales y responsabilidades:

  • Cumplir con las prácticas, políticas y procedimientos establecidos de seguridad, higiene y calidad especificados por la planta y por parte de directrices corporativas.
  • Realizar funciones operativas de producción: balancear, desembolsar y embolsar producto según se requiera.
  • Realizar inspecciones visuales al producto en el proceso y producto terminado.
  • Utilizar la bolsa de papel y papel de amarre de acuerdo al producto que se está fabricando.
  • Apoyar en los cambios de producto.
  • Apoyar al Maintainer según se requiera.
  • Mantener orden y limpieza en el área de trabajo.
  • Proporcionar información clara y precisa al siguiente turno.

Requisitos de la posición:

Conocimientos, experiências y habilidades

  • Educación en un campo relacionado de preparatoria o equivalente.
  • Experiência laboral de mínimo 2 años en operación de líneas.
  • Conocimiento laboral de las siguientes áreas: operación y estaciones de trabajo.
  • Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión.
  • Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y en orden.
  • Proactividad, orientado a la acción y sentido de urgencia.
  • Habilidad manual.

Condiciones de Trabajo:

  • Esta posición está expuesta a riegos ocupacionales, incluidos pero no limitado a altos níveles de ruido, obstáculos físicos, exposición a químicos, etc.
  • Utilización de equipo de protección personal:
  • Lentes de seguridad apropiados.
  • Protección auditiva adecuada (con cordón).
  • Ropa y calzado apropiado para el área de trabajo.
  • Seguir las reglas de seguridad y los procedimientos de bloqueo y etiquetado.
  • Utilizar el equipo requerido para la inocuidad necesaria en el proceso.
