  • Req ID: 71988_
  • Product Engineer position will be working on wafer probe development and enhancing die level probe screen. You will be working closely with Design Engineers on reviewing circuit schematic and defining probe test condition. You will also be working closely with probe engineer on implementing wafer probe test, review probe test data and define probe limit. You will also be involved in probe test issue debug, probe yield improvement and low yield lot disposition.
  • Responsibilities
  • Review wafer probe test coverage, identify tests for die level screening
  • Review wafer probe spec to ensure probe test condition defined properly
  • Perform wafer probe test data review and compare to design simulation result. Perform probe data analysis to define probe limit.
  • Interface with multifunctional team to implement probe test at development stage and help sustaining probe test at production
  • Involve in probe test issue debug, probe yield improvement and low yield lot disposition.


 Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with knowledge on Analog, RF and/or mixedsignal circuit theory, device physics and RF/microwave fundamentals
  • Knowledge on design simulation tools such as Agilent ADS and Cadence Virtuoso etc is a plus
