Misión del cargo:

Generar insights de manera constante, y darle soporte con ellos a la toma de decisiones de negocio

Funciones del cargo:


Realizar análisis post-implementación y ajustes continuos para mejorar la eficiencia, la calidad y el valor de las soluciones de BI y Analytics.


  • Establecer y mantener políticas y estándares de gobernanza de datos que cumplan con los requisitos regulatorios y legales, así como con las mejores prácticas de la industria
  • Desarrollar e implementar procesos y procedimientos para la gestión de datos, incluyendo la captura, almacenamiento, integración, limpieza, transformación y disposición de los mismos.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora y proponer iniciativas innovadoras de BI y Analytics que impulsen la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
  • Desarrollar y garantizar la consistencia entre Use Cases presentes y futuros para asegurar la captura del mayor valor.
  • Instalar rutinas de gestión eficientes con las áreas de MKT de las Operaciones, con el fin de asegurarse que los países realicen una utilización óptima de las herramientas.
  • Evaluar continuamente nuevos uses cases en el mercado global para desarrollarlos de acuerdo al valor potencial en nuestro negocio.
  • Lograr eficiencia de catálogo, objetivos financieros, estrategias de pricing, obtención de clientes.

Requisitos:

Experiência en retail indispensable
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
