Senior Product Manager

El Senior Product Manager tendrá la responsabilidad de liderar la estrategia local de producto de la empresa, alineándose con las directrices del CPO de Suma SaaS. Deberá administrar, diseñar y desarrollar productos que aporten un valor medible adicional a los clientes de los segmentos contador y empresas en Bind, fomentando la colaboración en dichos segmentos desde la concepción hasta asegurar la generación de valor en uso e ingresos después del lanzamiento.
Como propietario de la estrategia de producto, garantizará el valor para nuestros clientes y, por ende, para nuestro negocio.
El Product Manager reportará al CPO de Suma SaaS (Chief Product Officer), dirigirá un equipo y colaborará estrechamente con los gerentes de las áreas de negocio: Revenue, Customer y Finanzas, así como con el área de Tecnología. Deberá establecer las mejores prácticas para ofrecer una experiencia sin fricciones a los clientes desde el primer momento. El Senior Product Manager debe ser un experto en los desafíos y necesidades de nuestros clientes, manteniendo un contacto frecuente con ellos para descubrir y validar nuevas oportunidades en el mercado.
Objetivos del Cargo:
- Liderar y ser responsable de la estrategia de todos los productos locales alineados con los objetivos locales y regionales.
- Encargarse de la gestión de producto, entorno de trabajo, logística, dimensionamiento, contratación, subcontratación de proveedores y servicios, presupuesto y comunicaciones.
- Construir equipos altamente eficientes alineados con la cultura de producto.
- Dirigir los equipos de producto y diseño a nivel nacional.
- Evaluar y promover los cambios complejos necesarios para cumplir los objetivos de la empresa.
- Identificar las oportunidades de mercado que la empresa abordará, alineándose con la visión estratégica y guiando al equipo para cumplir con los plazos.
- Reclutar, inspirar y gestionar un equipo de producto de primer nivel.
- Gestionar el Roadmap y la estrategia a corto plazo de los productos.
- Definir casos de negocio para su evaluación y priorización, partiendo de soluciones a las necesidades de los clientes.
- Comunicar eficazmente en toda la organización la estrategia, objetivos y resultados esperados de los productos.
- Movilizar la organización, inspirando a los equipos y generando resultados.
- Empoderarse de los procesos existentes de producto para maximizar la entrega de valor desde el inicio.
- Definir y monitorear el proceso de priorización de iniciativas basándose en la generación de valor y los objetivos temporales.
- Implementar y ofrecer información sobre la interacción de los clientes con los productos para facilitar la toma de decisiones basadas en datos.
- Enseñar técnicas de descubrimiento y validación de ideas a los equipos de gestión de productos.

- Ownership del producto con total responsabilidad sobre su éxito y medición de impacto.
- Conocimiento de las mejores prácticas de producto y soluciones de marcación de producto.
- Empatía para detectar oportunidades tanto con los clientes como con los equipos.
- Conocimientos en procesos de desarrollo de software y prácticas ágiles.
- Comprensión de los KPI más relevantes en el negocio SaaS y en particular en el ámbito de producto.
- Obsesión por los detalles para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.
- Capacidad para identificar rápidamente errores y estar dispuesto a corregirlos.
Nuestro esquema laboral es híbrido y la oficina se encuentra en Ciudad de México.
