En Experis IT estamos en búsqueda de: Java Application Support (esquema laboral remoto, por proyecto)

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Soporte Técnico: Resolver problemas técnicos de aplicaciones Java para consumidores, socios, clientes y partes interesadas internas, utilizando sistemas de tickets y siguiendo procedimientos operativos.
  • Gestión de Trabajos: Crear, programar, monitorear y solucionar problemas relacionados con trabajos de la aplicación.
  • Operaciones Diarias: Asistir al equipo en las operaciones diarias y gestionar incidentes de producción, incluyendo interrupciones del sistema, fallos de trabajos, defectos del sistema y de datos, y soporte a usuarios finales.
  • Revisión de Registros: Analizar los registros y rastrear el código para identificar y solucionar problemas.
  • Gestión de Operaciones: Ejecutar y gestionar las operaciones diarias mediante herramientas y procesos de tickets, asegurando que las herramientas estén actualizadas conforme a las especificaciones del SLA, incluyendo notas de caso, actualizaciones de estado e información de cierre de caso.
  • Pruebas de Aplicación: Probar las características de la aplicación, utilizando herramientas de prueba adecuadas.
