Responsabilidades:

  • Coordinar a Inspectores en para el soporte a líneas de producción, incluyendo tiempos extras.
  • Entrega de reportes de PPM's y RTY entregados por el Depto. de Producción al departamento de Control de Calidad
  • Supervisar que los inspectores estén liberando líneas a inicio de turno y cuenten con las herramientas necesarias para realizar su trabajo.
  • Revisión mensual de controles referenciados en QPCP de las líneas a su cargo. En caso de encontrar discrepancias, notificarlas al Depto. correspondiente.
  • Certificación y recertificación de personal operativo en operaciones de prueba y/o críticas.
  • Certificación de inspectores de calidad en las líneas que les hayan sido asignadas.
  • Soporte a inspectores, así como cubrir su posición en periódicas vacacionales o de permisos.
  • Seguimiento a rechazos de materia prima generados por el departamento de Producción, hasta ser recibidos oficialmente por el departamento de Incoming.
  • Medición de material prima por posibles no conformacias.
  • Realización de pruebas al producto terminado, en caso de ser requeridas por el Ing. de Calidad.
  • Realizar estudios de capacidad requeridos por el Ing. de Calidad.
  • Realizar la auditoria a procesos de retrabajo internos o externos realizados por el departamento de Producción. Así como la liberación por sistema de dicho material, cuando el procedimiento de retrabajo este liberado.
  • Mantener la información de asignación de sellos del personal operativo actualizada y con su respectiva evidencia de verificación.
  • Verificación de llenado de bitácoras de asignación de lote y PI's (resp. de Calidad) por parte de los inspectores.
  • Postear y notificar al personal involucrado en caso de generarse una Alerta de Calidad.
  • Llenado en sistemas de información de las 5's realizadas por los auditores asignados.
  • Soporte al técnico de PPAP's para la ejecución de pruebas funcionales requeridas por el Cliente.
**Requerimientos Basicos

  • Experiência en el área de Calidad por más de 3 años.
  • Entrenamiento en equipo de medición.
  • Capacitación en técnicas estadísticas de solución de problemas.
  • Facilidad para la comunicación.
**Requerimientos Deseables

  • Manejó de paquetes computacionales (Office / Minitab / Datalyzer / ADOBE).
  • Pueda leer especificaciones técnicas.
  • Ingles básico.
