Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with technology, delivery and marketing teams working in an agile fashion to deliver new mobile products to market
  • Collaborate with Technology, Digital Bank, Marketing and Finance to provide support in the development of mobile strategies.
  • Provide handson project management to lead the design, development and deployment of mobile and online banking solutions.
  • Assess technology trends, competitive landscape and customer device behavior and analytical trends to inform and track the best way of meeting customer needs and driving customer digital adoption and overall customer satisfaction
  • Manage a business development team

Qualifications:

  • 610 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree; major in engineering or technology preferred
  • Masters with emphasis in Strategy, Technology and/or processes preferred.
  • Working effectively with leaders, peers and external entities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Understanding of mobile technology, Technical knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems and APIs., Project Management Certificate
  • High energy, positive "cando" attitude, and results driven.
  • Highly motivated selfstarted. Must be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and work independently to achieve successful results.

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
  • Creating product requirements to articulate desired End to End product features and functionality to technical, partner product teams, and other crossfunctional teams
  • Owning, building and driving the customer experience with key stakeholders such as business, legal, operations and tech.
  • Incorporate benchmarking information from competitors as well as best practices to define bestinclass customer experience.
  • Build and manage high quality product roadmaps based on your vision and strategy.
  • Manage prioritization and tradeoffs to ensure the right features are built with the right quality at the right time.
  • Collaborating crossorganizationally with customer support, operations, legal, compliance, risk management, engineering, user experience, QA and other functional areas, to ensure alignment with related gotomarket activities
  • Gathering and analyzing data to uncover opportunities to further improve the experience
  • Promoting datadriving decision making.
  • Ensuring crossfunctional product team execution (with Project Manager and Engineering Manager), meeting project milestone dates, driving decisions across teams and escalating appropriately
  • Troubleshooting product issues and answer product questions be the product 'expert'
  • Manage risk, drive business results, and deliver compelling capabilities to drive world class products
  • Addressing barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Gain support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership.
  • Creating goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives.
  • Communicating performance, articulating rootcause analysis and linking to specific improvement areas.
