Estamos buscando un Gerente de Calidad para unirse a nuestro equipo en Querétaro, El Marqués .

Resumen de la posición

Desempeñar funciones de Planeación y Dirección de los recursos con que cuenta el departamento, así como la integración de los mismos para asegurar que los productos que se fabrican reúnan las especificaciones de diseño. Establecer métodos estadísticos para prevenir fallas y colaborar con el logro de las metas de productividad establecidas. Mantener actualizado el funcionamiento del sistema de calidad de la compañía, aplicando conceptos de mejora continua y calidad total.

  • Registro de ahorros generados al realizar, liderar y asesorar proyectos de resolución de problemas.
  • Evidencia comprobada de resolución de problemas de calidad complejos utilizando herramientas de resolución de problemas estadísticos.
  • Evidencia de aplicación DOE para resolver problemas de calidad.
  • Proceso de evaluación de riesgos aplicado al producto sospechoso distribuido a lo largo de la cadena de suministro.

Requerimientos

  • Experiencia en Giro Automotriz con trato a OMS con más de 8 años de experiencia en puesto similar.
  • Experiencia demostrable en sistemas de dirección con tecnología EPS Procesos de producción de Maquinados y Ensamble.
  • Capaz de enseñar el módulo MSA de AIAG 4.a edición
  • Capaz de enseñar el módulo de capacidad de proceso de AIAG.
  • Experiencia comprobada en la planificación y realización de RPFMEA.
  • Experiencia comprobada en la planificación y realización de validaciones MQ1 y MQ2.
  • Experiencia comprobada en la planificación y realización de procesos de Respuesta Rápida (QR/QC).
  • Evidencia comprobada de lanzamiento exitoso de nuevos productos con nueva tecnología. (productos con EPS y tecnología de movilidad por cable)
  • REDX (nivel mínimo de oficial).
  • Conocimiento en Portales de Clientes (GM, Ford, Stellantis, Tesla).
  • Seguridad en el Producto PPAC
  • Conocimiento en IATF 16949 e ISO 14001, Auditor Interno
  • Liderazgo, comunicación oral y escrita
