We have an exciting job opening for a GL Analyst based in Cd Juarez, Chih.


As a GL Analyst, you will be responsible for recording accounting transactions for the R470 entity, conducting month-end close calculations and uploads, forecasting, budgeting activities, and delivering valuable information to Corporate Offices.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Coordination of intercompany charges
  • Preparing Netting payments
  • Reconciling intercompany transactions, prepayments, and freight analysis
  • Reviewing IC Match variations in each accounting close for accurate records
  • Forecast and budget preparation for relevant accounts
  • VAT and general accounting reconciliations
  • Financial reconciliation of the balance sheet and income statement, along with the policy log
  • Meeting internal and external audit requirements
  • Providing customer service

To excel in this role, you should have:


  • Educational background in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Intermediate proficiency in English
  • Strong command of SAP, QAD, HMF, or related software
  • Knowledge of Leases, assets, budget review, and general accounting
  • Experience with SOX compliance and internal audits
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex issues to all levels in simplified terms
