Our products are widely used in areas including communication cable, radio-frequency cable, intelligent cabling, leads for electronic components, HDMI wire, enamelled wire, filter, armour rod, and lightening protection.

Join the team as Quality Manager
- **The
_Quality Manager_ at BC CONDUCTOR TECHNOLOGY SA DE CV will play a vital role in maintaining the quality standards of our products through effective management of the quality department and rigorous enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Quality Manager will lead a team of professionals in testing and assessing the quality of materials, including raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods. Additionally, the Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall quality of the plant's operations, tracking quality-related data, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Quality Department:

Lead and supervise a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure that quality objectives are met.


  • Enforce SOPs: Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures to maintain consistent quality standards throughout all manufacturing processes.
  • Material Quality Testing: Oversee and participate in the testing and evaluation of raw materials, semifinished products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality specifications.

Wide Quality Oversight:

Take responsibility for the overall quality of plant operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.


  • Data Tracking: Maintain accurate records of qualityrelated data, including testing results, defects, and corrective actions, for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and quality improvements, driving efficiency and excellence in our operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements related to quality and product specifications.
  • Training: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the quality awareness and skills of team members.
  • Quality Audits: Conduct regular internal audits to assess adherence to SOPs and quality control processes.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on quality performance, issues, and improvement initiatives for management review.

Qualifications:
_**- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.

  • Experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the cable or wire conductor industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and developing teams.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with a commitment to maintaining highquality standards.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to drive positive change.
  • Intermediate level of English.
