RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:


El Técnico de Producción obtiene los materiales necesarios del almacén, prepara los materiales si es necesario y proporciona material a los operadores dentro del departamento.

Ayuda al supervisor a aumentar la eficiencia de la línea asegurándose de que los materiales estén en su lugar con prontitud.

Ayuda en la formación de nuevos empleados. Gestiona los pedidos a través de la línea en la secuencia adecuada.

Trabaja en la línea de producción en ocasiones para ayudar a romper bancos de materiales u operar máquinas clave durante los descansos del operador según sea necesario.

Ayuda en la recolección de desechos peligrosos en el área de responsabilidad y ayuda con problemas relacionados con materiales.

  • FUNCIONES ESENCIALES
Líder de línea para veinte a treinta personas, incluyendo configuraciones de línea, monitores, servicios públicos y operadores. Llama la atención del supervisor sobre cualquier pregunta, malentendido o problema de actitud del personal de línea
Comprende todos los procesos y especificaciones dentro del departamento y se asegura de que se sigan e implementen. Informa al supervisor de cualquier cambio que pueda ocurrir y discrepancias en las especificaciones del proceso o de la línea

Ayudar al supervisor a administrar el flujo de pedidos de la línea, incluida la aceleración, el llenado en cualquier posición de trabajo según sea necesario o la operación de máquinas clave durante los descansos del operador.

Reportar cualquier exceso de trabajo en los puestos de línea al supervisor. Analiza y determina las prioridades de fabricación. Debe aprender a usarlo en software o programas desarrollados por la casa. Traslada los productos en proceso de una estación de trabajo a otra y el producto terminado al envío

Ayudar al supervisor en la instrucción y capacitación de los trabajadores de línea, supervisa la técnica de los trabajadores y hace recomendaciones para mejorar.

Informa al supervisor de cualquier problema o dificultad encontrada por los trabajadores de producción.
Informa de cualquier avería de la máquina al supervisor y/o al equipo de mantenimiento. Informa de cualquier escasez de herramientas o herramientas que necesiten reparación.

Ayudar en el monitoreo de la recolección y el manejo de productos químicos de desecho para asegurar que los productos químicos no se mezclen.

Ayuda al supervisor a monitorear y controlar la seguridad de la línea, asegurando que la protección de la máquina esté en su lugar, que el equipo de seguridad requerido esté en uso y que se sigan los procedimientos de seguridad.

Realizar tareas asignadas por el supervisor que son exclusivas de una línea específica o que son requeridas debido a una situación especial.

Por ejemplo, la configuración de máquinas, la comprobación de subconjuntos, la realización de inventarios.

Capacidad para levantar de forma moderada a pesada los materiales utilizados y los productos fabricados.
Buenas habilidades interpersonales para monitorear y controlar una variedad de actividades de línea diferentes al mismo tiempo.

Capacidad de comprender las instrucciones verbales del supervisor con el fin de ajustarse con precisión a los cambios de la línea, el producto, los requisitos del cliente.

Apoya en el entrenamiento de sus nuevos compañeros de trabajo como sea necesario.
