El Ingeniero de Calidad de Producto, provee soporte técnico y de ingeniería, para mejorar los KPIs de la Calidad del Producto.

Esta posición se enfocará en la calidad del producto mediante la recolección de datos, análisis de datos, experimentación, simulación, resolución de problemas, verificación y control.


Responsabilidades:

  • Se hará cargo de los procesos NCR (Non-Conformance Report) y MRB (Material Review Board).
  • Realizará el análisis de datos de defectos internos y externos DPU (Defects per Unit) y creará proyectos que impacten de manera positiva los KPI del área.
  • Trabajar con conjunto con Supplier Quality para detectar defectos generados por el proveedor.
  • Liderar el análisis Causa Raíz en problemas de calidad de producto, identificar tendencias, y comunicar al equipo de Ingenieros de Calidad y áreas relacionadas para su resolución.
  • Creación de funnel y ejecución de proyectos de reducción de scrap.

Requisitos:

  • Carrera culminada en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Industrial, Biomédica o disciplinas afínes, título recibido, o en trámite, es indispensable
años de experiência en áreas como producción, manufactura, mejora de procesos, calidad o NPI.

  • Inglés conversacional avanzado indispensable.

Características Deseables:

  • Conocimientos y/o experiência en metodologías LEAN Manufacturing.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de análisis estadístico.
  • Experiência en ensamble de producto, especialmente electrónicos.
