***Shift Availability:

Morning Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (with alternate Saturdays)

***English proficiency is a mandatory requirement***

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to the company's safety policies and procedures through regular review meetings with staff, monitoring the company's safety rating, and conducting driver vehicle inspections monthly.
• Conduct thorough log audits for each driver to verify compliance with hours of service regulations.
• Handle IRP applications and organize truck binders for owner operators, ensuring all truck authority documents are up to date.
• Maintain accurate records of tractor and trailer maintenance, including preventive maintenance bills for both owner operators and company units.
• Register all accident claims with updated documentation, track each claim, and review loss run reports.
• Evaluate the company's safety rating by consistently monitoring the Risk Factor spreadsheet.
• Monitor traffic tickets, convictions, and accidents, following up persistently as required.
• Stay informed about federal and provincial safety regulations to ensure compliance and implement necessary changes.
• Efficiently manage documentation for all truck and trailer files, including annual inspections, repair bills, and attached CVORs for each vehicle and driver.
• Review CVOR, apply for and renew permits, and handle IRP applications.
• Analyze and prepare reports as necessary.
• Undertake additional administrative and general tasks as they arise.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Driver Support, Safety & Compliance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and delegate tasks within a team
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, and comfortable with learning new software
• Capability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work on weekends as needed
