Descripción general de la posición:

Qué harás:

  • Revisar los requisitos, las especificaciones y los documentos de diseño técnico para proporcionar comentarios oportunos y significativos.
  • Trabajar con los equipos de producto y diseño para comprender los requisitos del usuario final, formular casos de uso y luego traducir eso en una solución técnica pragmática y efectiva.
  • Trabajar con el equipo para encontrar el mejor enfoque de implementación.
  • Estimar, priorizar, planificar y coordinar su trabajo.
  • Diseñar y desarrollar software robusto y escalable y servicios REST utilizando marcos Python Django/Flask.
  • Ayudar a mejorar la calidad de nuestro código escribiendo pruebas unitarias, automatizando y realizando revisiones de código.
  • Participar en sesiones de intercambio de ideas y aporte ideas a nuestra tecnología, algoritmos y productos.
  • Sumergirse en problemas difíciles y entregar con éxito resultados a tiempo.

Sobre ti:

  • Más de 4 años de experiência como ingeniero de software
  • Licenciado/a en informática, ingeniería de software o experiência laboral equivalente.
  • Tienes experiência comprobada como desarrollador de Python.
  • Te destacas en conocimiento de Python, Django, Flask, DRF, PostgreSQL.
  • Experiência en la utilización y la creación de API RESTful escalables basadas en la web.
  • Personalidad emprendedora enérgica y que asume la responsabilidad de su trabajo.
  • Tienes un deseo insaciable de seguir aprendiendo y mejorando.
  • Si tienes experiência con los servicios de AWS, es una ventaja.
  • La fluidez en inglés, es una ventaja.

Position Overview:

What you will do:

  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Work with the product and design teams to understand enduser requirements, formulate use cases, and then translate that into a pragmatic and effective technical solution
  • Work with the team to come up with the best implementation approach
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate your work
  • Design and develop robust, scalable software and REST services using Python Django/Flask frameworks
  • Help improve our code quality through writing unit tests, automation, and performing code reviews
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to our technology, algorithms, and products
  • Dive into difficult problems and successfully deliver results on schedule

Who you are:

  • 4+ years experience as a software engineer
  • B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • You have proven experience as a Python developer.
  • You thrive on Python, Django, Flask, DRF, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience using and creating scalable webbased RESTful APIs.
  • You have experience with AWS services is a plus.
  • Energetic selfstarting personality and you own your work.
  • You have an unquenchable desire to keep learning and getting better.
  • English fluency is a plus.
