POSITION OBJECTIVE


Desarrollar e implementar proyectos de incremento de eficiencia de mano de obra basado en estudios de tiempos y movimientos, buscando reducir desperdicios, creando estaciones de trabajo inclusivas y seguras, asegurando procesos capaces y cumpliendo los estándares de calidad.


YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Planificar y ejecutar proyectos de eficiencia y mejora.


Asegúrese de que nuestros procesos y equilibrio de línea maximicen la relación VA/NVA teniendo en cuenta consideración la realidad de nuestros trabajadores, utilizando herramientas de manufactura esbelta.

Mantener rutas, ayudas visuales, instructivos de trabajo, análisis de riesgos para cada modelo año.

Ejecutar y registrar todos los procesos ISO relacionados con el área.


Ayudar a crear una cultura de mejora continua mediante el uso de principios de manufactura esbelta y nuestro BRPMS herramientas.

Seguir los valores y comportamientos de BRP.

Garantizar un entorno de trabajo seguro y asumir plena responsabilidad por todos los temas relacionados con la seguridad.
