Implica realizar una variedad de tareas administrativas y de servicio al cliente sque requieren una interfaz directa e indirecta con el cliente.

Descripción general del puesto:
Bajo estrecha supervisión realiza las siguientes actividades:

• Ayuda al cliente rastreando paquetes, respondiendo preguntas sobre los productos y servicios de FedEx y brindando servicio de venta libre y por teléfono.

• Escribe o prepara diversos informes de operaciones.

• Atiende clientes con paquetes en cage.

• Mantiene y audita registros y archivos asignados (guía aérea). Revisa las facturas de transporte aéreo y regístrese según sea necesario.

• Verifica los paquetes para garantizar el etiquetado adecuado, la legalidad del contenido, incluido el peso y el tamaño, el embalaje adecuado, los valores del seguro, los requisitos especiales para el envío de materiales peligrosos y el cumplimiento de la documentación aduanera requerida en el destino.

• Proporciona apoyo administrativo y de oficina al Gerente de Operaciones de la Estación.

• Interfaces con los clientes en temas relacionados con aduanas.

• Mantiene una apariencia ordenada y limpia del lugar de trabajo/mostrador, de sí mismo y del uniforme.

• Detecta nuevos clientes u oportunidades de negocios adicionales, abre nuevas cuentas, obtiene envíos adicionales y presenta oportunidades de ventas.

• Se le puede exigir que realice otras tareas asignadas

Requisitos mínimos:
Nivel de Estudios Mínimo:

• Certificado de preparatoria/equivalente.

• Fluidez hablada y escrita en el idioma local.

• Inglés básico demostrado.

Experiencia mínima:

•Un (1) año de experiencia previa en administración o servicio al cliente en un entorno de servicio.

Habilidades mínimas requeridas:

• Se requieren buenas habilidades generales de oficina, incluidas mecanografía, archivo y conocimientos de computación.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y relaciones humanas.

• Voz clara y articulada. Corte limpio y apariencia prolija

• Capacidad para completar con éxito las secciones de lectura, comprensión auditiva, clasificación y matemáticas de la prueba de habilidades básicas

• Capacidad para levantar 70 libras (32 kg) y maniobrar cualquier paquete que pese hasta 150 libras. (68 kgs) con equipo adecuado

• Capaz de trabajar en turnos variables
