Líder de producción para unirse a nuestro equipo de cadena de suministro.

En este puesto apoyarás al supervisor de producción coordinando las actividades de los asociados de manufactura en una o más áreas de producción.

También monitoreará las actividades diarias de la planta para garantizar que se cumplan los compromisos de tiempo y calidad.

Qué harás:

  • Mantenga un entorno de trabajo limpio y seguro de conformidad con todas las políticas de Ecolab, así como con las agencias reguladoras.
  • Garantizar la seguridad de todos los empleados en la operación del equipo mediante la capacitación adecuada, el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y el seguimiento de los procedimientos adecuados.
  • Recomendar e implementar medidas para mejorar la productividad y la eficiencia del departamento, la calidad del producto, los métodos y las condiciones de trabajo para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad mediante el uso del trabajo en equipo y los principios de mejora continua.
  • Garantizar una comunicación constante con todos los níveles de gestión en las áreas de seguridad, procesamiento, producción, mantenimiento y cuestiones ambientales. Analizar y ayudar a resolver problemas.
  • Mezclar y empaquetar un producto de calidad mediante el uso de procedimientos adecuados y el cumplimiento de todos los paquetes de trabajo y estándares de calidad en cooperación con el Departamento de Garantía de Calidad.
  • Limpie y mantenga las áreas de producción, las herramientas y la maquinaria de acuerdo con los procedimientos operativos estándar, los estándares 5S y el análisis de seguridad laboral.
  • Realizar las tareas de los trabajadores en el grupo para mantener el programa de producción cuando sea necesario
  • Realiza revisiones en proceso y aprobaciones de productos.
  • Mantener informado al supervisor sobre el inventario y los níveles de suministro de paquetes.
  • Trabajos de producción clave y producción cercana
  • Asistir en el seguimiento del rendimiento haciendo entradas en las bases de datos requeridas
  • Revisar cronogramas de producción, asignar miembros del equipo a líneas y/o tareas
  • Realice ajustes en los horarios utilizando el conocimiento de las capacidades y equipos de las máquinas, y las capacidades de los trabajadores.
  • Promover y mantener el trabajo en equipo entre los empleados a través de reuniones GO programadas regularmente y prácticas de liderazgo diarias.
  • Planificar e iniciar la capacitación de los empleados para ampliar el conocimiento del trabajo y agregar flexibilidad a la programación de la fuerza laboral
  • Garantizar informes adecuados, precisos y oportunos de todos los requisitos diarios.
  • Trabajar en equipo con otros líderes de producción, supervisores y gerentes para lograr los objetivos.

Semana laboral y turno:
Lunes a Viernes de 8am a 5pm

Paquete de compensación ofrecido:
Superiores a las de ley

Calificaciones mínimas:

Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
2 años de experiência en plantas y procesos
Inglés 50%
