Key Responsibilities
Manager ISC & Roll Out WHS

Responsibilities:

  • Development and Execution of Communication Strategies:
  • Design and implement in-store communication strategies that align with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Develop visual communication campaigns that include signage, displays, and other visual elements for promotions, product launches, and special events.
  • Management of Roll Out Projects:
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise the deployment of new projects and campaigns in stores, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Manage the implementation of new initiatives, from store remodels to the introduction of new store concepts and technologies.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and design teams to ensure integrated and effective implementation of communication strategies and roll out projects.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for the production and delivery of communication materials and other necessary resources.
  • Supervision and Evaluation:
  • Oversee the creation and production of in-store communication materials, ensuring they are consistent with the brand's identity and values.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of communication initiatives and roll out projects through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Optimization and Continuous Improvement:
  • Conduct market studies and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and new trends in in-store communication and deployment.
  • Implement improvements based on feedback and performance data to optimize operations and enhance the customer experience.
