The Role
As a Security Operations Lead at Kyndryl, you'll solve complex security problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of physical security, incident management, crisis management, risk assessment, information protection, travel security, and audit compliance. You'll be at the forefront of new security technologies and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients in Mexico and Costa Rica – which means some of the biggest in the region.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Risk Management, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in security management, with a focus on physical security, incident management, crisis management, risk assessment, information protection, travel security, and audit compliance
* Professional certification in security management, such as CPP or PSP
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of security professionals
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external authorities
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex security risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
ASIS CPP (Certified Protection Professional)
* PSP (Physical Security Professional)
* PCI (Professional Certified Investigator)
