Primary duty is to be highly utilized (85%) but also to begin to contribute to the operation of the business through knowledge management and bid support.
Works with mínimal supervision, addressing most client issues in own area of responsibility - consults the project manager only on significant issues.
May lead small, specific pieces of work or projects.About the Role

Tax Business - Commercial Consultan
t, you will:
- Supports development of project plan for specific area/phase.
- Contributes to key stage of project lifecycle.
- Delivers to key milestones.
- Identifies project risks and issues and escalates appropriately.
- Supports delivery of project benefit.
- Supports and implements improvements to practice and client engagements.
- Contributes and secures new assignments.
- Achieves target utilization of 85%.
- Serve as the goto trusted advisor for the Sales/Business Segment teams for solving complex commercial problems, enacting deal strategy through the deal process. Coordinating and leading the deal execution through internal process and systems.
- Serve as an expert in advanced Deal Desk activities for complex/strategic deal structuring.
- Lead ongoing and month end reporting as well as other activities to drive data driven decisions.
- Educate Sales teams on changes in processes, policies, and best practices to improve performance of the sales cycle, releasing Sales capacity to core sales activities.
- Lead projects with crossfunctional teams in support of executing selling activities, in the rollout of new/enhanced product releases and policies, and in the improvement in processes
- Ensure governance is in place so that Sales teams are operating within the Rules of Engagement and Commercial Policy. Working directly and partnering with crossfunctional teams to drive effective governance for TR and its policies.
- Understand endtoend processes across OTC and serve as an expert on the roles and responsibilities of crossfunctional support teams, resulting in accelerated resolution of issues.
- Identify, scope, and deliver process and systems/automation improvements in operations for the Sales cycle.
- Work in a dynamic environment and adapt to new business processes/practices/standards.
- Serves as a coach and mentor to other team members, assisting with onboarding, daytoday training, coaching, and collaborating to solve commercial problems.
- Take ownership and program manage issue that are barriers to closing deals effectively, drive resolution across all backoffice teams.
- Demonstrate the ability to go "above and beyond" in the support of our sales cycle and clients.
- Flexibility to transition into different support roles within the team based on the needs of the business is required.
About You
You're a fit for this role if your background includes:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in a client facing role.
- Experience across the sales cycle, customer contracting, leading/managing complex projects.
- Background in SaaS and content products, commercials, contracting and sales cycles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent partnership skills and proven track record working across different functional groups, in different regions, across cultures where face to face opportunities is mínimal.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Ability to work in complex matrix environment within a team or as a single contributor.
- Strong business acumen, organizational, time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively evolve the status quo and enhance working practices.
- Focus on delivering and executing against agreed OKR's
- Comfortable with change and an ability to thrive in a fastmoving environment.
- Works effectively in a high stress and pressured environment and to tight deadlines.
- Proficient with Google and Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Salesforce, Order Capture, SAP and Oracle is a plus
- Ability to process a high volume of transactions with accuracy and integrity
