Hogarth is looking for a Project Manager TraineeWhat does a Project Manager Trainee do at Hogarth?

As a Project Manager Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Production Manager (PM) in the execution of projects. Your responsibilities will revolve around providing administrative assistance and ensuring operational efficiency within the production team.

Duties:
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Production Manager in managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings and organizing documents.
  • Project Coordination: Support the PM in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgetary constraints, and client specifications.
  • Communication Facilitation: Facilitate open communication between internal stakeholders, including team members, and other departments, to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the production process.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Assist in generating project estimates, maintaining project documentation, and compiling progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and escalate potential issues or challenges in project execution to the PM, offering proactive solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Degree in progress in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
