El Especialista en Apoyo de Operaciones 4 es un puesto de nível inicial a cargo de brindar servicios de apoyo de operaciones, incluyendo lo siguiente: mantenimiento de documentación/registros, almacenamiento y obtención de registros, mantenimiento de cuenta, aspecto y apertura de cuentas en coordinación con el equipo central de Operaciones.
Además, el Especialista en Apoyo de Operaciones 4 es el enlace entre el personal de operaciones, los gerentes de relaciones, gerentes de proyecto, custodios y clientes.
El objetivo general de este rol es brindar apoyo de operaciones cotidianas en cumplimiento de los procesos y la infraestructura de apoyo de operaciones de Citi.
Responsabilidades:
- Seguir procedimientos establecidos para completar asignaciones complejas y resolver problemas que requieran de amplia investigación.
- Brindar asistencia al equipo, incluyendo ser experto en la materia, liderar proyectos especiales, capacitar a nuevos empleados dentro de la unidad de trabajo, brindar orientación cotidiana a empleados de menor nível y asignar trabajos según sea necesario.
- Realizar análisis e investigación básicos y ocuparse de la gestión del flujo de trabajo.
- Apoyar una amplia gama de productos o servicios.
- Comunicar información pertinente a gerentes sénior y apoyar actividades que ayuden a mitigar la pérdida o el impacto organizacional, según sea necesario.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia
Calificaciones:
- Entre 1 y 3 años de experiência relevante.
- Experiência de trabajo en una oficina comercial o el entorno operativo.
- Dominio de habilidades de computación y matemática, con foco en hojas de cálculo y bases de datos complejas.
- Experiência administrativa y técnica demostrada.
- Atención al detalle constante demostrada.
- Conocimiento demostrado sobre actividades, políticas y procedimientos en un área de trabajo básica.
Educación:
- Diploma de bachillerato o equivalente.
Objetivo.
Controlar, monitoreo, gestión y administración de la Valija Interna, correspondencia interna y la producción de Cheques de bolsillo y especiales.
Skill o Actividades:
- Elaboración de bitácoras de piezas recibidas/entregadas en departamentos de Citibanamex (chequeras y correspondencia)
- Conciliaciones de entradas y salidas de valijas (numero de sobres o envases) así como elaboración de reportes de las guías de la correspondencia.
- Elaborar reportes semanales/mensuales de comportamiento del proceso de correspondencia interna y de generación y entrega de chequeras.
- Reportar anomalías y aplicar procesos de ratreo y causa de desvíos.
- Elaboración de bitácoras de piezas recibidas/entregadas en departamentos de Citibanamex
