You have the opportunity to become an integral part of this impactful story Your mission at Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for creating a series of agricultural inputs, fertilizers and services that support farmers to transform their operation into regenerative, climate-adaptive systems that improve long term diversity, efficiency and production value.

You will also co-create a clear circular linkage of organic wastes and agricultural inputs with the and team that is able to scale to our global markets.


You'll be in charge of:

Carry out laboratry tests to assess the effectiveness of a range of biofertilizer products and regenerative processes on crops and soil.

Developing and executing a product testing strategy that supports the business:
Biomass assessments of materials available for use in compost, biochar, biogas and biofertilizer formulations.

Create slurry, biochar, and compost optimized fertilizer formulations; test biofertilizer forulations presented by the team in Parcela ́s context.

Technical support to commerical and tech-ops team on bioslurry and biofertilizer uses.
Manage, set up, and diagnose our precision ag products for accurate data collection and efficiency.

Deliver strategies to increase and expand our services and products More about YOU:
You have have a degree in Agronomy/Bio-Technology.
Ability to work in the field and a curiosity for the best Biogas practices.
You are fluent in English and Spanish.
Strong research, decision making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to conduct lab-scale experiments, and scale them for field implementation.

Ability to self manage, self direct and be accountable for work flows:
You can work autonomously and take responsibility and ownership of projects, while staying focused on developing and promoting better practices

You have a positive mindset:
Solution based approach rather than problem based approach. You are rigorous and have strong attention to detail and are well organized. You are able to work with a multicultural team.
