We are looking for a Campus Recruiter to act as our liaison with universities and help us recruit students and recent graduates.

• Build the relationship with our partner universities for education programs, from early program design to launch and beyond.
• Build new partnerships with local and global education institutions to run our student's programs.
• Attending college career fairs, interacting with students and promoting The Apprentice.
• Coordinate the operations and processes associated with students' programs, resolving issues as needed to ensure an exceptional student experience.
• Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and performing skills assessment tests for junior positions and internships.
• Report on recruiting metrics after every career event.
• Advertise current open roles to online and offline alumni communities.
• Contact university career counselors and provide informative materials about our student's programs.
• Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions.

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment and sourcing.
• Experience with the tech industry.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written communication).
• Executive presence and comfort are rapidly moving between senior stakeholders and operational execution to enable different audiences.
• Passion for building products or programs that meet the needs of students and universities.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Incredible perseverance and drive manifested in a strong work ethic and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever needs to be done.
• The ability to thrive in a fastpaced, everchanging environment and radiate positivity even while under pressure.
