Purpose

As a Lead Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers who engage with our Enterprise Accounts. Your expertise in SaaS account management processes will focus on improving account retention, expanding revenue, and managing account teams efficiently. Collaboration with our sales and marketing operations teams to implement cutting-edge tools that enhance customer satisfaction will also be a key part of your role.

We firmly believe that effective account management plays a crucial role within our Enterprise business unit. Empowering the account management team to enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates should drive you. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your team, promote internal talent, and lead a high-performance account management organization.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience as a customer success/account management leader in the SaaS industry
  • Proven ability to develop and mentor individuals for future roles
  • Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for sales
  • Proficiency in Account Management/Customer Success Tech Stack including Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Experience in implementing account management programs with multichannel approaches
  • Ability to leverage data for performance improvement

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside Account Managers to enhance customer retention
  • Drive business to exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals
  • Guide the evolution of the AM team for greater efficiency and results
  • Implement best practices in account management and development
  • Motivate AMs for continuous learning and growth
  • Recommend strategies for performance improvement
  • Collaborate with recruiting to hire top talent for the AM organization
  • Assist in onboarding AMs for maximum productivity
  • Handle HR duties for all AM direct reports
