SUMMARY:

  • Administrar las operaciones del Almacén de Producto Terminado, dando cumplimiento al programa diario de embarques de sólido, así como asegurar que todo el material que sea recibido y embarcado cumpla con las políticas de la empresa y mantener la exactitud de los inventarios.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cumplir con el programa diario de embarques de producto terminado.
  • Dar seguimiento cualquier diferencia de inventario.
  • Realizar reportes oportunos al área de calidad cuando se encuentren desviaciones en el proceso.
  • Definir en conjunto con Coordinador de logística el programa de embarques de producto terminado sólido.
  • Manejo y control de scrap y pigfeed.
  • Coordinar conteos cíclicos periódicamente de acuerdo al plan de conteos semestral y mantener el accuary de los inventarios con base en el objetivo anual.
  • Cumplimiento al procedimiento de control de sellos de seguridad.
  • Revisar las salidas de los embarques de la planta y de almacén externo cumpliendo con el objetivo de OTIF.
  • Cumplir con el procedimiento de Administración de almacén y manejo de materiales.
  • Administración de la limpieza y estado óptimo del almacén: mantener un programa de limpieza.
  • Cumplimiento a la norma de OEA.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas del área.
  • Capacitación al personal de PT.
  • Mejo de almacenes externos.
  • Comunicación continúa con el área de CS, calidad, producción, inventarios, planeación.
  • Responsable de manejo de más de 7 mil pallets positions.
  • Ser parte de equipo de seguridad laboral o brigadista.
  • Ser líder del programa OBCO.
  • Llenar formato de revisión de almacén de producto terminado
  • Coordinar preparación del material de PigFeed y surtido de RW.
  • Administrar el formato de salida de planta.
  • Respetar las reglas de seguridad y cuidar de sí mismo y de sus compañeros respetando y siguiendo los procedimientos de seguridad vigentes en la empresa.
  • Participar activamente contra actos y condiciones inseguras en el almacén.
  • Aplicar políticas establecidas por calidad para la seguridad alimentaria, así como las establecidas
dentro de la norma OEA para la seguridad del producto.- Participar activamente en las juntas de equipo y departamentales. Así como también en cursos o actividades especiales asignados por la empresa.

  • Identificar áreas de oportunidad y participar en proyectos de Mejora continua.
  • Cumplir con las normas y reglamentos de la empresa y cuidar sus instalaciones.
  • Realizar actividades que se le asignen y apoyar a los demás departamentos de la planta cuando se requiera.
  • Cumplir con el programa diario de embarques de producto terminado sólido, asegurando los puntos detallados en el procedimiento, incluyendo los almacenes externos que tiene a su cargo.
  • Dar seguimiento cualquier diferencia identificada dentro de las actividades de conteo de materiales, recepción de producto terminado, embarque de producto terminado y de bodegas externas a su cargo.
  • Reportar al área de calidad cuando se detecte material dañado o posiblemente contaminado en Planta y Bodegas Externas dándole un seguimiento hasta que el material quede bloqueado y en scrap o pigfeed.
  • Dar seguimiento a los embarques de producto no conforme desde la recepción del producto hasta su entrega con el cliente.
  • Coordinar y ejecutar diariamente designando de manera oportuna los recursos del inventario cíclico dando respuesta de las desviaciones detectadas en el mismo en caso de existir.
  • Cumplir con el objetivo anual de OTIF asegurando que todo el material se embarque en tiempo y forma.
  • Asegurar que el almacén externo cumpla con las actividades y embarques diarios.
  • Seguimiento de ingresos y salidas del almacén de Toluca como almacén externo.
  • Asegurar la capacitación continua al almacén externo.
  • Ser un enlace entre el almacén externo y las distintas áreas de la empresa.
