En RCS Mexico, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Supervisor de Mantenimiento para laborar de forma presencial en sitio en los municipios de Zinacantepec, Toluca de Lerdo, Metepec, San Mateo Atenco, Lerma y Ocoyoacac, Estado de México.
En esta posición supervisarás que el personal a tu cargo ejecute correctamente los mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos a los equipos de los subsistemas de Señalización, Telecomunicaciones, Centro de Control Operacional (CCO)y Boletaje en la línea del Tren Interurbano México Toluca; así como verificar que los "Maintenance Technicians" cuenten con el conocimiento, materiales, herramientas y equipo de protección personal necesario para la ejecución de los trabajos, con el propósito de realizar las actividades de mantenimiento de forma coordinada y entregar en tiempo los reportes de avances a las diferentes áreas con las que interactúa; ,con el objetivo de asegurar los níveles de Confiabilidad, Disponibilidad, Mantenibilidad y Seguridad (RAMS) del proyecto.
Requerimientos:
- Ingeniería en Comunicaciones, Electrónica, Eléctrica, Sistemas o a fin
- Dos años supervisando actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a equipos de IT, eléctricos, electrónicos y mecánicos, de preferencia en equipos de comunicación.
- Manejo de personal, al menos 5 personas a su cargo
- Experiência en seguimiento a planes de trabajos de mantenimiento preventivo y generación de diversos reportes.
- Experiência en el uso de equipos de medición (Multímetro, Amperímetro, Osciloscopio, etc.)
- Trabajos en alturas, espacios confinados; uso de plataformas de elevación (p.e. Genie) y grúas (se requiere DC3 de trabajos en alturas, espacios confinados y riesgos eléctricos)
- Experiência en mantenimientos preventivos a equipos de sistemas ferroviarios
