We are currently seeking a CDE II to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

Ntt Data Services is looking for a person to work with us as a Client Delivery executive. This is a Senior position. This person will be in contact with director & other executives. Is necessary to do hybrid work & to do business trips inside of Mexico.

Activities & Requirements.

• Develops complex solutions to business problems or customer engagements through indepth analysis, coordination and negotiation with key decision makers.
• Uses experience, innovation and judgement to make decisions
• Typically requires 1215 years relevant experience. Includes 57 years managerial/ leadership experience
• Advanced influencing and communication skills.
• Advanced client service leadership capabilities.
• Excellent analytical / problem solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent budgeting, business financial and P&L skills.
• Ability to develop comprehensive and complex operational and strategic plans.
• Indepth understanding of NTT Data's goals, customer requirements and competitor practices.
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of customer' business priorities, strategy and direction.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies (A certification is a plus)
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• It will be necessary to travel to Guadalajara & Culiacan.
