Requisitos:

  • Lic. En Psicología, Administración, Relaciones Industriales.
  • 3 años en reclutamiento y selección a todos los níveles.
  • Fuentes de reclutamiento, conocimiento del mercado de outsourcing.
  • Facilidad de palabra
  • Negociador
  • Capacidad de análisis
  • Creatividad

Responsabilidades:

  • Atender las necesidades del cliente en el servicio de reclutamiento y selección, con el fin de asegurar la cobertura de estas, impactando en el enlace de los resultados financieros de la empresa.
  • Manejo de alto volumen de posiciones operativas (+ administrativas y especializadas)
  • Asesorar al cliente respecto a la vacante vs condiciones del mercado laboral
  • Postear de vacantes en las diferentes fuentes de empleo de acuerdo al perfil solicitado
  • Realizar búsqueda directa a través de las bolsas de trabajo.
  • Acompañar al cliente durante el proceso de selección para apoyar con los filtros pertinentes (entrevistas adicionales, psicometría, estudio socio económicos, evaluación médica).
