About the Position


We are seeking a dedicated
Senior UX Designer and Researcher who is interested in joining a highly dynamic and intellectually inspiring Product Development team.

Verato's SaaS software offering is a healthcare-specific Master Data Management (hMDM) platform that provides our customers with a complete and trusted 360-degree view of their patients, consumers, and providers.


This position will be a key partner to the Product Development Team and work cross functionally with the Verato stakeholders.

This position reports to the
VP of Product Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for and effectively advocate for users and partners in a fastpaced environment with multiple business priorities
  • Measure effectiveness of the user and partner experience by defining research protocols, relevant metrics and establishing cadence to review
  • Be an agent of change on a team committed to achieving userfocused, missiondriven excellence.
  • You will have a precise focus on proactively protecting the privacy and security of all systems while always ensuring you are following documented policies and procedures.
  • Scaling and shaping the UX research function
  • Expertise in conducting endtoend user research studies; planning, recruitment, execution, analysis and delivery

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience designing best in class user experiences
  • Experience balancing product, development, and usercentered goals to help shape overall product strategy.
  • Fluency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD etc.
  • Experience working on a product from inception to shipment.
  • Analytic, processoriented mindset, with a collaborative approach to interacting with other teams
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively listen, empathize, navigate, and mediate conflict and foster partnership
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure
  • Understanding of customer experience principles and experience with journey mapping
  • Ideally, experience in healthcare

From $45,000.00 per month
