Role:
MRB Support
Conduct detailed stress analysis using finite element methods (FEM) and classical hand calculations. Evaluate structural components, assemblies, and modifications. Assess fatigue life, static strength, and damage tolerance. Identify critical areas and propose design improvements. Prepare Technical Documentation:
Prepare stress reports, compliance documents, and engineering change requests (ECRs). Document findings, assumptions, and methodologies. Maintain accurate records for certification purposes. Support Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes. Collaborate with R&D teams to enhance stress analysis tools and methodologies. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization.
As our ideal candidate
• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or
related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in stress analysis for aircraft structures.
• Proficiency in FEM software (such as Nastran, Abaqus, or Ansys).
• Familiarity with aviation regulations (FAA, EASA, Transport Canada).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
