Joining the Record to Report Team as a R2R TR Agent you will execute TR activities within the TUI Global Business Services unit (TGBS) to provide a high level of service and support to the internal and external customers.


ABOUT THE JOB

  • Assist TR Team Leader ensuring the financial integrity of the TUI legal entities managed by TUI Global Business Services unit (TGBS) executing accounting closing transactions
  • You will reconcile bank movements and will review bank statements integration
  • You will run payments proposals in SAP
  • You will follow the financial control procedures and process documents.
  • You will record COSO controls evidence in the area (Controlled Operations Successful Outcomes) in order to achieve internal group compliance for all entities under control

ABOUT YOU

  • Business university degree will be valuable
  • Good written and spoken language skills in English. Spanish mandatory
  • A methodical, organised approach to the execution of assigned tasks
  • Strong Excel skills
  • An individual who never stops looking ahead, raising improvements in current procedures, seeking new ways to delight customers and grow the business
