Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team in a client-facing role to gather and analyze customer requirements and support various areas such as HCM, Benefits, Reporting, and Compensation modules.
- Lead project management on implementations.
- Mentor junior staff.
- Design, build, and test solutions across different platforms.
- Apply Workday's methodology to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues.
- Assess and determine project timeframe, identify and resolve issues impacting project resolution.
- Define, document, communicate, and implement customer business requirements for all projects.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical and/or Functional Workday Consultant.
- Demonstrated project and consultancy management skills.
- Workday configuration and troubleshooting experience.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
Stand out qualifications:
- Management or team leadership experience preferred.
- Prior AMS services experience, especially in a lead role.
- Workday HCM Certified (strongly preferred).
- Consulting experience with a large firm or enterprise.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
