¿Qué harás?
Responsable de organizar y dirigir las operaciones de las áreas productivas, garantizando el cumplimiento de los planes de producción, con un manejo de los recursos dentro de los estándares para resultados de acuerdo a los KPI (seguridad, productividad y calidad )



¿Cómo lo harás?

  • Mantiene la comunicación entre los departamentos de soporte, con el fin de informar sobre el desarrollo de la producción.
  • Optimiza los recursos para cumplir a los programas de producción.
  • Cumple con los níveles de producción y calidad del producto que están establecidos.
  • Propone la adquisición de herramientas para mejorar la productividad.
  • Revisa con los supervisores que se den las evaluaciones de los empleados
  • Mantener el programa de 5's en las áreas de producción.
  • Asegurar las entregas a tiempo y satisfacción total del cliente en ordenes regulares y express.
  • Dar resultados mensuales con plan de acción para mejorar mes con mes
  • Seguimiento a las mejoras continuas de las áreas de producción
Se conduce de acuerdo con el código de ética de la empresa y seguridad



¿Qué buscamos?

  • Carrera Profesional Terminada en áreas de Ingeniería o similar.
  • Experiência en Actividades Similares mínimo 2 años (en donde este a cargo de más de 7 áreas de producción con personal reportando para esta posición).
  • Manejo de computadora (Microsoft)
  • Conocimiento en 8D's, Kaizen,
  • Seguimiento a primera pieza en las diferentes áreas.
  • Fuerte habilidad organizacional, habilidad para manejar múltiples actividades y proyectos.
  • Disponibilidad de horarios.
