MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:


As an Key Account Executive you will be responsible to implement Unilever customer engagement strategy to deliver business growth ambition i.e Sell Out POS, Turnover, eCom targets.

You will be working in close partnership with Customer Strategic Planning (CSP), Customer Service, Execution/Merchandisers (EDGE) and Digital teams with a greater opportunity to shine with your leadership Skills, with empowerment, inspiration and fun engagement.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE NEEDED IN SIMILAR ROLES:3-5 Years of Working experience in Similar Function in FMCG. (Customer Facing Experience)

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
Delivering Costant Results and Business Targets i.e SO POS, DOH, Turn Over, Overdue.

Design and Co-Create, Execute and Adapt along with the Customer the JBP.

Know the Customer in Detail and Network through the Customer Organisation. HeadQuaters and Regions

Execute Plans and Assess Performance in Store, Market Trends and Behaviours to Define Actionable Learnings

Collaborate with CPFR to Guarantee The Right Stock to Healthy DOH

Ensure Efficient and Effective use of Trade Budgets to Deliver Targets

Give Inputs into S&OP Process On SO, SI and DOH Plans, Highlighting Customer Based Assumptions, Risks and Opps

LEVEL OF EDUCATION NEEDED:
University degree

WHAT YOU ́LL NEED TO SUCCEED?

Proven Track Record in Sales as Key Account, Preferably in Modern Trade. Ecom (Desirable) Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) and Power BI.

WHAT WOULD BE YOUR MAIN CHALLENGE?

  • Deliver Business Target for the Assigned Customer, through a Collaborative Joint Business Plan (JBP), Incorporating New and BIG Ideas.
  • Lead Execution of Plans and Activities, including Customized Activities.
  • Develop Strong Relationships with Customer Operations and Head Office Teams.
  • Co-Lead with Execution/Merchandiser and CPFR Teams to Ensure Excellence In-Store and Delivery Perfect Store Targets.
  • Manage Efficiently Customer Specific Trade Investments.
  • Bring Constant Shopper Insights, Quantitative Data Inputs and Our Customer Experience to Customer Strategy Plans along with Customer Marketing Team to Identify Opportunities and Transform them Into Executable Actions
