_Job Summary_


Forma parte y brinda apoyo al Centro de Excelencia de Impuestos Indirectos (CoE) para América Latina excluyendo Brasil (todos los países de habla hispana) y reporta al Supervisor del CoE de Impuestos Indirectos.

Preparar, analizar, enviar, conciliar y archivar declaraciones de IVA y solicitud de devolución de IVA y todos sus papeles de trabajo, así como procesos de asesoría y cumplimiento de IVA, generar reportes periodicos para impuesto directo, Soporte fiscal en proyectos de tecnologias de información


El VAT COE apoya a las empresas de Eaton en la preparación, revisión y presentación de declaraciones de IVA y solicitudes de devolución de IVA de una manera óptima y compatible para la región de América Latina (de habla hispana) que cubre 15 países.


_Job Responsibilities_

Las responsabilidades detalladas incluyen:

  • Colaborar con los equipos de finanzas operativas para recopilar la información financiera necesaria para preparar las declaraciones del Impuesto al Valor Agregado asociadas a las operaciones.
  • Recopilar datos y analizar informes de IVA ERP mensuales (AR, AP, GL) y recopila documentación (declaraciones de importación, facturas y otras compras y documentación de ventas) para documentar saldos de IVA favorables.
  • Analizar informes de IVA, declaraciones de importación, asientos de diario y realizar conciliaciones.
  • Apoyar en la solventación de requerimientos de información adicional en los procesos de solicitud de devolución de IVA, provenientes de la Autoridad Tributaria.
  • Ayudar en el archivo electrónico de todos los documentos de IVA y otras declaraciones de impuestos indirectos.
  • Preparar reportes periodicos para el equipo de impuestos directos, mismos que son utilizados para la proyección y(o preparación de la declaración anual
  • Brindar soporte de impuestos indirectos cuando lo requieran los compañeros de trabajo, solicitud interdepartamental, operaciones, etc

  • Licenciatura concluida 100% creditos o Titulo profesional en proceso.
  • Years and area of experience required:_
  • Experiência de 1 a 2 años en Impuesto al Valor Agregado Mexicano dentro de las 4 grandes firmas es deseable pero no imprescindible.
  • Technical knowledge:_
  • Se requieren habilidades básicas de comunicación en inglés
  • Se necesitan excelentes habilidades en Excel
  • Sería deseable tener experiência en SAP / Oracle.
