Our client specializes in digital retailing, by managing inventory and developing customer relationships with retail teams, through the combination of services that make sense for each business.

J_ob Responsibilities_

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact inside the organization for employees and answer questions related to HR, PTO, benefits, policies, etc.
  • Coordinate employee benefits changes for individual team members.
  • Maintain and update HR Policies and procedures documentation based on the guidance and instructions from management.
  • Perform employee background checks with a 3rd party software
  • Maintain personnel records in compliance with all federal, local and state regulations.
  • Enter all new hires (fulltime and parttime) into the Paycom HR and Payroll Processing software, and verify they completed their forms
  • Ensure all federal and state filings are processed properly and in a timesensitive manner for each new hire
  • Communicate with IT and Field Services personnel about each new hire to ensure they are informed and have time to perform onboarding tasks, as well as each termination to remove access to company systems and software
  • Track employee onboarding digitally to ensure all required HR activity occurs successfully and efficiently.
  • When employees and contractors exit the company, update HR and Financial systems/software to reflect the termination(s).
  • Track employee offboarding digitally

Schedule:
Monday to Friday

  • Regular: 7:30 AM to 04:30 PM CST MEX
  • Summer: 6:30 AM to 03:30 PM CST MEX

Requirements:

  • 3 years of similar experience and/or personnel management.
  • Experience troubleshooting issues and solving problems independently.
  • Exceptional English.
