Proven experience architecting solutions for complicated systemsExperience working on early stage products and building new feature from scratch, using clean, organized, and scalable codeExperience supporting other engineers and acting as a "tech lead"Experience working using Agile/Scrum methodology in a fast-paced environmentExperience in a high-growth environment working with deadlines and milestonesExperience working on software that enables money movement would be beneficialExperience working in distributed teams is a nice to haveTechnologies Used We are building a highly available and globally distributed Ruby on Rails API with Kubernetes on AWS.
