The Sales Channel Strategy Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with our business objectives and product mission.

This role combines product development, product management, and partner management to create a cohesive user experience. By working closely with the content department, you will integrate promotional activities and user-focused content into our product initiatives.

This position takes an integrated approach to product and sales channel development, content integration, and partner management, supporting the company's growth in the digital age.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies that align with the business objectives and product mission, specifically tailored to the GenZ market.
  • Objective Setting: Collaborate with executive leadership to define clear, achievable objectives for business products, focusing on the unique needs of GenZ mobile services users.
  • Content Integration: Work closely with the content department to integrate marketing and promotional content with sales initiatives, enhancing the user experience for GenZ mobile services customers.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape in the GenZ mobile services and mobile content market to inform sales strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales channel performance, making datadriven decisions to optimize sales efforts, with specific metrics for GenZ mobile services adoption and content engagement.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales partners, content creators, and product development teams, focusing on collaborative opportunities in the GenZ mobile services space.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek innovative ways to improve sales channel effectiveness and enhance the GenZ mobile services customer experience through integrated content and services.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales channel performance and strategic initiatives to senior management, with insights on GenZ mobile services market penetration and content consumption.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product third parties' management, strategic planning, and collaboration with marketing/content departments, preferably in the telecom or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of the GenZ mobile services market, mobile content delivery, and digital sales strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across departments.
  • Ability to think strategically and implement tactically, with a focus on the integration of sales and content.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales/marketing tools, with experience in digital marketing and content management systems.
