El Analista Líder de Unidad de Negocios de TI es un profesional estratégico que se mantiene actualizado sobre los desarrollos dentro del campo propio y contribuye a la estrategia direccional al considerar su aplicación en el empleo propio y en el negocio.
Es la autoridad técnica reconocida para un área dentro de la empresa. Requiere conocimiento comercial básico. Hay, en general, múltiples personas dentro de la empresa que brindan el mismo nivel de experiencia en la materia.Se requiere el desarrollo de habilidades de diplomacia y comunicación para orientar, influenciar y convencer a los demás, en particular a los colegas de otras áreas y clientes externos ocasionales.
Tiene un impacto significativo en el área debido a que hace entregas complejas. Brinda asesoramiento y consejos en relación con la tecnología y las operaciones de la empresa.Su trabajo impacta en toda el área, y esto, con el tiempo, afecta el desempeño y la efectividad generales de la categoría de puestos/subfunciones.
Responsabilidades:
Contribuye o crea comunicaciones internas. Crea y prepara informes, métricas y presentaciones. Proporciona experiencia en el área propia y un nivel avanzado de comprensión de los principios de la subfunción. Trabaja con fusiones y adquisiciones y actividades de contratación y colocación.
Posee una comprensión exhaustiva de la forma en que se integran colectivamente su área con otras áreas para lograr los objetivos del negocio.
Actúa como asesor o instructor para los empleados nuevos o de menor nivel; asigna trabajo. Brinda un análisis profundo y sofisticado con pensamiento interpretativo para definir problemas y desarrollar soluciones innovadoras.Tiene impacto directo en el negocio al influir en las decisiones funcionales estratégicas a través del asesoramiento, consejos o servicios suministrados.
Persuade e influye en otras personas a través de las habilidades de comunicación y diplomacia integral.Controla el desempeño de la unidad de negocios contra el plan de negocios de TI y acuerdos de nivel de servicios.
Identificar brechas. Actúa como experto en la materia para los empleados nuevos o de menor nivel. Realiza juicios evaluativos en función del análisis de información objetiva en situaciones complicadas y únicas.Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia Calificaciones:
Entre 6 y 10 años de experiencia en un rol de planificación de tecnología. Nivel avanzado de experiencia en administración de proyectos. Experto en la materia en al menos un área de planificación de tecnología.
Educación:
Licenciatura/título universitario; preferentemente maestría
Responsibilities:
Negotiates, interacts and set agreements with global and local stakeholders.
Single Point of Contact for all End of Vendor Support topics across the Financial Group to avoid operational risk and compliance issues among the technology applications.
Coordinates different organizational teams to achieve several company goals. Knows the SDLC and Demand Management procedure to ensure the correct creation and execution of technology mandatory projects. Manages Risk and Control KPIs to ensure a correct balance between different organizational goals.Executes the financial process for technology mandatory projects (P&L, Forecast, Investment Categories, Financial Opportunities, Budget Optimization, etc.) Present reports, status, issues and progress of different topics to senior local and global forums.
Manages and controls +230k components, regarding EOVS (End Of Vendor Support) topics.Coordinate Technology Application Managers in conjunction with DOS Testing Team, Production Managers and Key areas, all annual Denial of Service (DoS) Tests, DoS Re-Tests and DoS Certifications to minimize the effects of technology disruptions, ensuring the continuity of service and support for our business customers.
Create detail control dashboards to track CoB deliverables accomplishment per Technology Head. Ensure CoB (continuity Of Business) risks & issues are reported and escalated to Risk & Control Leads. Recommends Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and / or Risk Exceptions (REs). Ensure all Application Recovery Plans are up-to-date with Application Team attestations at least annually.Elevate the understanding of CoB Concepts and CoB Tests among CitiBanamex Technology Teams and ensure best CoB practices are adopted Qualifications:
Fluent English is a must. Social Skills to interact with several people across the company. Bachelor's Degree or higher. Seniority to speak with the upper management. Knowledge of CitiBanamex infrastructure (Mainframe-Open) Production & Contingency. Knowledge of disaster recovery methodologies and technical testing strategies would be advantageous. Effective English written and verbal communication skills.
