El Especialista en Apoyo de Operaciones 3 es un puesto de nivel inicial a cargo de brindar servicios de apoyo de operaciones, incluyendo lo siguiente: mantenimiento de documentación/registros, almacenamiento y obtención de registros, mantenimiento de cuenta, aspecto y apertura de cuentas en coordinación con el equipo central de Operaciones.

Además, el Especialista en Apoyo de Operaciones 3 es el enlace entre el personal de operaciones, los gerentes de relaciones, gerentes de proyecto, custodios y clientes.

El objetivo general de este rol es brindar apoyo de operaciones cotidianas en cumplimiento de los procesos y la infraestructura de apoyo de operaciones de Citi.


Responsabilidades:
Documentar procesos de manera precisa y detallada y seguir los procedimientos establecidos para completar tareas complejas. Identificar brechas de proceso que requieran escalamiento, ofrecer soluciones potenciales.

Ayudar a la administración de inventario y necesidades de flujo de trabajo según sea necesario a través del nivel de servicio y prioridad de riesgo.

Apoyar una gama de productos o servicios. Analizar problemas y formular soluciones a través de la investigación. Navegar, evaluar y ejecutar sistemas, hojas de cálculo y bases de datos de complejidad moderada. Garantizar un manejo de cuentas oportuno y preciso. Ayudar en las actividades que reducen el impacto o la pérdida organizacional.


Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia Calificaciones: 0-1 año de experiencia relevante.

Dominio de habilidades informáticas de mecanografía, básicas de computo, matemáticas con foco en hojas de cálculo y bases de datos complejas.

Capacidad para adaptarse a las nuevas tecnologías con rapidez y sin problemas. Demuestra de manera constante habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa. Habilidad para trabajar con otras personas para completar las tareas asignadas.

  • Experiencia de trabajo en una oficina comercial o el entorno operativo, administrativo

Educación:
Diploma de bachillerato o equivalente. La descripción de este puesto proporciona una revisión de alto nivel de los tipos de trabajos realizados. Se pueden asignar otras obligaciones laborales según sea necesario. · Conocimientos específicos y/o técnicos indispensables: · Gestion de Proveedores (en toda la cadena de suministros) · Paquetería de Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point) Intermedio · Generación y actualización de Indicadores, reportes mensuales

  • Descripción de puesto adicional Gestión y monitoreo de varios proveedores a nivel nacional desde su recolección hasta la entrega del servicio, asegurando el cumplimiento de contrato y anexo de servicio, proporcionando insumos y monitoreo durante toda la cadena de suministro, con revisión de indicadores y cumplimientos de control establecidos, se requiere de trabajo colaborativo y adaptación al cambio de actividades de acuerdo al proceso con posible trabajos en fin de semana por pruebas de sistema o reportes de incidentes de seguridad. Se podrán realizar visitas a diferentes proveedores y trabajo hibrido o en sitio con cambio de rol y/o de turno de acuerdo a la actividad desempeñada.
