Our client is a mid-sized provider of hardware solutions for Telecommunications Networking that are sold to Service Providers, Governments, Utilities, and now Enterprises running a Private 5G Network.

• Strong personal track record selling Telco Network equipment to services providers like Telmex, Total Play, Claro, ETB, Millicom, Ufinet, and Utilities like Enel, EPM, AES
• Any experience selling to Governments or Utilities is an advantage
• Candidates can come from a wide range of companies but some hardware/network sales experience is preferred so solutions like 5G ORAN, Backhaul, Datacoms, Carrier Ethernet, Optical Network Solutions, Edge, NFV, Wireless WAN or Test & Measurement solutions)
• Experience managing a team of 5-10 quota-carrying sales profiles across LATAM
• Capable of operating in a "player-manager" role where the person will have their own accounts as well as leading a team
