What You'll Do for Us

  • In partnership with business stakeholders, lead and own the product vision and strategic development process, aligning with company objectives to include multiyear product roadmap development and periodic review processes that will be incorporated into the broader company product portfolio plan.
  • Lead a portfolio of critical commercial digital products for Latin America, ensuring full lifecycle success through conception, development, implementation and operation; Identify product and feature success metrics/business KPI's, analyze performance on a daily/weekly basis and conduct data analytics to prioritize future development and identify new product opportunities.
  • Be a strong team leader, expanding and developing direct team and network capabilities and skills through coaching and feedback and leading by example
  • Envision and define the future state of the integrated support capability and work crossfunctionally with multiple stakeholders to define technology and process standards and best practices. Champion the adoption of the standards and best practices.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure on time and quality delivery of initiatives by managing bottlenecks, issues and risks, balancing the business needs versus technical constraints, and escalating issues and risks to drive solutions as necessary.
  • Vendor Management: Develop mutually beneficial relationship with selected technologies, leading vendors along an informed and welldefined roadmap to meet the company's objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage release of case management products and services, including plan, prioritize, and deliver systems features

Qualification & Requirements:

  • 8+ years IT leadership/management experience, delivering IT solutions for multinational companies with global, crossfunctional teams
  • Strong people leader, with focus on growing people through Coaching and Feedback, establishing strong discipline with a sense of purpose and positive motivation
  • Be able to lead and set an agenda through ambiguity and complexity
  • Experience in business process reengineering and standardizing business processes across entities.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize business needs and allocate resources by appropriately balancing internal capabilities with external consultants is essential.
  • Beyond technical knowledge, outstanding communications skills and Agile methodologies with a collaborative, teambased leadership style.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in working crossfunctionally with engineering, design, and project management counterparts to deliver products/services
  • Resultsorientated leadership with strong negotiation, responsiveness, collaboration, and consensus building experience. Strong analytical and quantitative skills for using hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions; complemented with ability to succinctly define a story, suggest a set of requirements and justify the prioritization of business objectives.
  • Accustomed to estimating, budgeting, building business cases and measuring value
  • 100% English command

Differential/Desirable Technical Qualifications

  • Functional knowledge and experience in Commercial and/or eCommerce business domains
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage, or CPG industry
  • Expertise in:
  • E-Commerce
  • Point of Sale Execution, including measurement and automation through Image Recognition
  • Online execution measurement and improvement programs
  • Customer/Consumer online and offline sales models/tools
  • Market segmentation
  • IoT & Smartvending
  • MS Azure ecosystem & architecture
  • Portuguese language command a plus as the role is LATAMwide
