Siemens Energy is looking for a full-time, hardworking, results driven and forward-thinking OT (Operation Technology) Cyber Security Business Development Manager BDM for our Latin America region.

In this role, you will prospect and cultivate new relationships, understanding our clients needs while securing sales opportunities.

You will develop a business plan and Go-To Market strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals, vertical market growth and profitability for both installation and service.

Extensive cross collaboration with the entire go to market organization will be cored to being effective in this role.

This position requires knowledge of IT/OT Security programs, including IT/OT Security Strategy, OT Security Operations, Security Training and Awareness, IT/OT General Controls Compliance and Audit Management and OT Risk.


How You will Make an Impact:

  • As a Cyber Security Business Developer Manager, you will drive creative solutions to meet sophisticated customer business challenges through the following efforts:
  • Support enterprise sales campaigns targeted at enterprise accounts in LATAM.
  • Support base level sales campaigns targeted at aftermarket accounts in LATAM.
  • Develop value propositions for key decision makers, customers, and influencers throughout sophisticated sales cycles.
  • Develop and communicate short / long term strategies through account plans to ensure transparency of business development activities within Siemens Energy.
  • Identify new areas of growth. Develop strategic partnerships with other Service Providers (IT/OT), Technology providers, Engineering/Consulting firms to enable mutual growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing to implement multichannel marketing campaigns for the acquisition and retention of customers. Build sales enablement materials and deliver sales enablement training.
  • Lead crossfunctional teams and establish the appropriate internal / external resources to support opportunities to close.
  • Support activity, pipeline, and revenue goals quarterly.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent. Master's degree is desired.
  • Consultancy experience in Cyber Security for critical infrastructure is a plus.
  • Experience identifying and positioning executive level business challenges and valuebased outcomes
  • Several years of experience in the field of Cyber Security and Certifications as well as training such as CISSP/GIAC/SANS are helpful as well as a good understanding of OT (Operation Technology) networks and security
  • Experience identifying, managing, and supporting sophisticated salescycles using solution selling techniques
  • Excellent understanding of LATAM market regulatory framework, customer requirements, and competitive landscape in the Power and Industry Sectors.
  • Knowledge of the relevant standards such as IEC62443 is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamselling experience
  • English proficiency. Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
  • International travel required up to 40%
