Team Overview:


We are searching for a highly motivated individual to be part of one of the main cornerstones of the business, leading the driver onboarding strategy.

If you like working in a fast-paced environment, solving and identifying real problems, and translating them into clear and meaningful actions this is the perfect position.


In this role, you will need to have a solid foundation in Product management and data insights, be able to handle several work streams from a strategic perspective, and stakeholder management in LatAm and China, and at the same time deep dive into the details to identify gaps and/or improvement opportunities in the onboarding.

Prioritization and a sense of urgency are critical, as screenings directly impact business metrics and funnel.

This role will be based in Mexico City

Role Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Onboarding product and project implementation to all product lines, design solutions to support business growth, and innovate in the Onboarding process.
  • Deep dive into data to generate insights and action plans, identifying business opportunities, as well as efficiency and experience strategies. Diagnose root causes and suggest tactical solutions, as well as product alignments.
  • Vendor management: Defining processes and setting targets for process improvement, cost management, metrics monitoring, and product alignment.
  • Product launches: Partner functional teams (Legal, GA, PR, Product Ops, CX, HQ, etc), product and local ops to plan and prepare for product launches, developing playbooks and ensuring smooth execution of the product launches.
  • Prove existing or develop new processes to keep us as efficient as possible, optimizing for funnel conversion and cost reduction. Partner with local teams and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities for existing features.

Role Qualifications:

What we look for:

  • Graduates from Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in consulting, or project/product management in tech companies.
  • SQL knowledge required (Intermediate preferred)
  • Datadriven thinking, focused on results, willingness to own projects and make them happen.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Detailoriented and able to deliver results with high expectations on timeliness and quality
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Vendor knowledge: negotiation skills (Optional)
