How you will contribute
You will:
Drive effective cross-functional communication among stakeholders: sales, logistics operations, demand planning, product supply and external partners Achieve KPIs targets including customer service, invoice accuracy, overdues and deductions through effective implementation of processes Create a winning team that secures current and future plans by developing, coaching, delegating and leading a team that can drive the business agenda while giving them the opportunity to grow in the organization Focus on account or channel-specific initiatives in efficient replenishment and availability while driving the implementation of joint value creation initiatives identified through customer collaboration Deliver enhanced service by driving the implementation of customer supply chain improvement initiatives and building deep relationships with the customerWhat you will bring

Experience in CS&L function, ideally with knowledge of customer supply chain management Cross-functional experience (sales, CS&L controlling, demand planning, and logistics and warehousing knowledge) SAP, information systems, process design, standard operating procedures Experience leading and developing a team Able to analyze data and derive insights into action with a focus on delivering to timelines and KPIs Great interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills Able to influence, negotiate and apply commercial acumenMás acerca del rol
El manager es el encargado de liderar 4 focos importantes en base a Order Management & Electronic Invoice.
Es el/la encargada de un grupo que procesa todas las ordenes de venta de la compañía y sigue el proceso de las ordenes hasta que se finalice el pedido.
También es encargado/a de monitorear al equipo dedicado a la facturación electrónica, en el cual deben procesarse de manera correcta tanto en la parte discal como en el timbrado. El equipo de Facturacion electronica se encarga de detectar posibles errores en el proceso de facturacion.
Por otro lado, esta involucrado/a en GATP, el cual es un area que se dedica a investigar la sustitucion de procesos y el proceso interno de la orden.
Y por último es un rol que da apoyo directo a el area de venta directa (DSD) con su facturación
Tiene mucho manejo de equipo, de proveedores y de negociacion.
Requerimientos:
Licenciado en administración, ingeniería o afín. Experiencia en el manejo de las órdenes en consumo masivo. Experiencia en facturación electrónica. Conocimiento en asuntos y temas fiscales. Experiencia manejando SAP. Experiencia manejando equipos, gestión de personal y liderazgo. Buenas habilidades de comunicación y customer service.
