Reports to Operations Manager, you as a Production Manager will be responsible to setting production goals to increase competencies and reduce costs; organizing the workforce to meet specifications and deadlines.


About the job:

  • Coaches and manages the work activities and may have full management accountability for the performance and development of team.
  • Leads projects affecting the production team/production process; projects are meant to improve or change current processes.
  • Evaluates staff levels for current and future requirements and identifies training and development requirements.
  • Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet objectives. Ensures that the team maintains proper controls for safety, quality and productivity.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.

About you:

  • Bachelor or university degree.
  • Five to ten years of experience as Molding Production Manager.
  • Management experience.
  • Knowledge of molding Production.
  • Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
