FUNCIÓN PRINCIPAL:


Mantener la integridad de los registros contables, trabajar permanentemente en la recuperación de los saldos a favor de IVA, así como en las actividades generales del departamento de Contabilidad.


RESPONSABILIDADES Y DEBERES:

  • Preparar las Pólizas Contables para el cierre de mes, asegurando el registro correcto y oportuno de cada una de ellas.
  • Preparar análisis de las principales cuentas de gastos.
  • Preparar las Conciliaciones de Cuentas de Balance, las cuales deberán reflejar que integra cada uno de los saldos, con su respectivo soporte.
  • Preparar la documentación para las solicitudes de Devolución de IVA, en conjunto con el Despacho E&Y.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento oportuno de los requerimientos del REPSE, solicitando oportunamente a los Proveedores la documentación requerida y dando el seguimiento puntual, evitando a toda costa incurrir en la No Deducibilidad de gastos y la No recuperación de IVA.
  • Participar en la implementación del Sistema Contpaq.
  • Dar soporte a los distintos departamentos de la Compañía, proporcionando información relacionada con gastos, copia de facturas, anticipos de viajes, etc.
  • Apoyar en otras tareas del Departamento, a solicitud de su Supervisor.
  • Cumplir con requerimientos de Seguridad y 6S's.

EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA:

  • Título de Licenciatura en Contabilidad
  • Experiência previa en Contabilidad General
  • Experiência en Solicitudes de Devolución de IVA
  • Bilingüe Inglés-Español 70% Mínimo
  • Habilidad en el manejo de Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Disponibilidad
